Unable to Add View

I am facing a issue which is no function for 'Add View' in hikashop configuration checkout workflow, I tried inspect but there is no error is returned.

- Your HikaShop & Joomla versions
- A detailed step by step description, in order to allow us to reproduce your issue
=> What was your action just before the issue emerge, in which context, with which setting etc etc
- Activate the Joomla Debug mode (with maximum level)
=> Reproduce your issue, and provide us the screenshot that will allow us to see everything about the error details.
