Hikashop checkout failed to redirect

Hi,

I tried to set up Hikashop on my website. It was working fine before, but I thing since we upgraded to Joomla 4 some stuff must have been changed.

The Shop is connected to Moodle through Joomdle.

When I process to check out everything is fine, until I accept the "general terms and conditions" and validate my purchase.

At that moment, the payment is proceed, I receive a mail from Moodle telling me I'm enrolled in a course but the website is down and leads me to an error page with this written :

0 - Failed opening required '/home/iy3riw2l/public_html/administrator/components/com_acymailing/helpers/helper.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php81/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php81/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php')

I don't receive the invoice mail from Hikashop.

I'm not sure that Acymailing is the main reason for this to happen.

Do you have any idea of what I possibly miss here ?

Hi,

First, activate the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration and try again.
You'll get an error message with more information about what's going on.
I suppose it must be an integration plugin between HikaShop and AcyMailing which is out of date or something like that. The full debug information will tell us which one is the problem.

Hi,

You have a plugin called acymailingclassmail in the "system" group of plugins. This plugin of AcyMailing allowed AcyMailing to override the HikaShop emails.
The error message says that this plugin is not finding AcyMailing on your website.
So either deactivate this plugin our install AcyMailing and it should work.
For further support on this issue, you'll have to contact the AcyMailing support as they are the ones who developed this plugin and we actually never looked into it.

So I will check with Acymailing if they have an answer for me.

So if that helps anyone, this plugin from Acymailing is from version 5 of it.

If you are on Acymailing 6/7/8 you should get rid of it.
