Hello, I have an issue with the credit card payment page using Stripe. When my customers proceed to the payment step on my website, a blank page opens. It's impossible to access the page where you input credit card information to make a payment.

The plugin is properly installed on the website with all the necessary information provided. Stripe has verified and confirmed that the issue originates from Hikashop. Please provide me with a solution.

Best regards,

Hi,

If the page is completely blank, it means you have a fatal error on the page but that the error message is hidden.

Turn on the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration page and try again. You should then see the error message on that page, which should allow us to tell you what to do.
