Blank Pop-up at Checkout

Hi

I have an issue at checkout. The site uses PayPal Checkout for taking payments. After clicking the button to make payment a blank pop-up appears. It can be closed and then the PayPal options appear. This is of course creating quite an issue for customers.

I have attached screenshots. I would appreciate your input?

just wanted make one little note. On my mobile phone there are no pop ups and the PayPal payment option loads as expected.
