Emails on order

Hi
I'm making a shop for a customer and she doesn't want her customers to get a RECEIVED ORDER mail, so I turned it of, but they still get both RECEIVED and CONFIRMED at the same time?

How can I change this?

Hi,

You should not unpublish the "created" order status.

What you want to do is to go in the System>Emails menu. There, you probably want to unpublish the "order creation notification" email.
