After 'Add to Cart' on category /product, page goes immediately to Checkout page

Hi Nicolas,

When I add an item to the cart, the page immediately goes to the checkout page and does not wait to select anything else. I've searched the forums and gone through the config but I cannot determine why this is happening. Please can you advise?

Hi,

I can see the cart module being updated on the page and the popup message for successful add to cart before the page is redirected to the checkout. This indicates that the "redirect on success" setting of the HikaShop cart notification plugin has been activated. So edit this plugin via the Joomla plugins manager and turn off that setting.
