PayPal confirmation problem

My client ordered 3 times the same product and pay 3 times using PayPal. In was done during a short period of time - about 3 minutes. PayPal took money for all purchases, but it has sent the confirmation ONLY for the last purchase. The first two purchases were created but not confirmed to be paid in my Joomla.

I've never heard of this.
Which PayPal payment plugin are you using and how did you configure it ? Could you provide a screenshot of its settings (hiding credentials) ?
