Display limited to setting of custom fields broken

-- HikaShop version -- : 5.1.0

On checkout I have 2 fields in address (company and vat) limited with custom field type select. When customer selects "Order as company", fields company and vat shows.
Before update all ok.
After update, company shows but vat is allways visible.

I understand why it wouldn't work for both after the update. But it's strange that it wouldn't work for only one field.
Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of both fields ?

Thanks for your report & elements, it allows us to provide a patch on this issue.
This patch will be in our future release of HikaShop, and so to get your solution, simply update your HikaShop.
AND to test that it solves your issue, take good care to process an hard refresh (MAJ + F5) to be sure to purge your browser from previous js code.
