Customer has to log in to download file

Dear Hika Team,

In my checkout I set also the option to checkout as a guest.
However when they klick on the download link in the email they have to log in or create a new account to download the file.

Is there any way they can download it as guest?
Every pfd file is different as per order.

Thank you for your feedback. I suppose that you're talking about files added by the shop owner to the order through a custom field of the table "order". I can see the problem.
We'll be working adding that capability for the next version of HikaShop, which is to be released soon.
