Payment method zone restriction doesnt work

-- HikaShop version -- : 5.1.6
-- Joomla version -- : 5.3.0
-- PHP version -- : 8.2

Hi
i have 2 addresses with 2 different zones
when i restrict a shipping method based on zone it works fine
however, when i do the same for payment method it doesnt works.
on changing address, shipping method block reloads correct methods but payment method block doesnt reloads any thing and do nothing

where this problem comes from ?

Similar to taxes restriction on zones, payment methods restriction on zones depends on how you configured the "Type of address used for tax" setting of the HikaShop configuration.
If you want the shipping address to be taken into account instead of the billing address, make sure that this setting is set to "shipping".
