Coupon doesn’t work

I wanted to try coupons and discounts on my site.
Discounts work ok.

But coupons dont.

I removed all my changes in template. I watched demo on hikashop.com.
But it doesn’t work.

If I enter an incorrect coupon, the error will appear. If the coupon is ok, the discount for product simply doesn’t apply.

What I need to check more?

It could be a bug of HikaShop 5.0.2. Also, are you using the multicoupon plugin for HikaShop ( www.hikashop.com/marketplace/product/164...coupon-checkout.html ) ? Old versions of the plugin had several bugs in it so it could be linked to that.
I would recommend updating to the latest version in order to make sure you have all the patchs. Then, try again. If you still have the problem, please provide information to reproduce the issue on your website and a backend access and a FTP access via our contact form so that we can look into it.

No, I am not using multi coupon plugin. Only base functions.

And I am from Russia. We have some problems with buying hika now)

The coupon doesn’t work only in frontend.
In admin panel order I see that coupon is activated ok.
