Send PDF from HikaSerial

Hi
I have some tickets made in HikaSerial and they are sent to the customer when the order is confirmed.
Can this be changed, so they only get sent, when I set their order to SENT instead of CONFIRMED?

Hi,

Yes. Go in the System>Order statuses menu.
There, you'll find a column "Serials" where you can enable the statuses which can trigger the generation of the serials.
