Shipping address missing from checkout

Hi!

Under the Shipping address block in the checkout page, there are no fields to fill.and also in the Billing address block the Show 'same address' checkbox is missing even though it's enabled in the checkout configuration.

This is likely because in the default (the first one) shipping method of your shop you have activated the "override shipping address" setting without providing any content for the override so the area is empty.
