Add a note to the shipping page

Can a note be added to the shipping page? I want a note to the effect that shipping quotes are estimated and that we will only charge actual shipping plus a handling charge.

Hi,

If you're talking about the shipping page on your website (the link is at the bottom of your website), it's just a Joomla article, so you can edit the article to change its content.
If you're talking about the step called "shipping" on your checkout, where you have the shipping block where the customer can see the shipping cost and potentially select between several shipping methods, you can go under the Checkout tab of the HikaShop configuration and for your shipping step, add a new block "text" and you can write your text in it.
