Shiiping method wont show on Frontend

Everytime I try to purchase a product, the default shipping method (UPS) does not show. I get a message saying, no shipping method set. Even though it is set. Also after i refresh the page or empty the cart, the page redirect brings up an error message. Quick help would be greatly appreciated as this client want the site up ASAP. thanks.

I thought you would post another screenshot for the rest of your plugin configuration.
Because your first screenshot does not display the complete configuration, all of the bottom is missing and is, like the rest, quite important.
