manual free shopping problem

I've made 2 manual shipping orders.
One that costs €6 with a maximum price of €24,99
And one that costs €0 with a minimum price of €25

When a customer let's say buys something that costs €10 the only thing he sees in the checkout page is the shipping of €6 which is OKAY.
But when a customer buys something that costs more than €25 he sees both shipping methods. I want that he sees only the one that costs 0€. It's like that the maximum price won't filter or something...

Please try the value "24.99" and not "24,99".
Which version of HikaShop are you using ?

Can not get my shipping data to Work

I will put these standards into:
XS max 35 cm kr 60
S max 50 cm kr 70
M max 65 cm kr 90
L max 80 cm kr 110
XL max 200 cm and 20 kg, kr 160

I create a plugin manually and complete data (see Screenshot)
And the products I fill data too (see Screenshot)

Should it not choose price on shipping?, And if there are more items in the basket will automatically make the highest price for the shipment.
Is there anyone who can help ..?

By clicking on the "+" plus icon, you can add the desired rules for the shipment.
Set a different price depending on the weight of the product, etc.
You can too set a price per variant.
