Canada Post Handling Fee

We are moving our client off Zen Cart to HikaShop (yay)
Currently they have a CanadaPost account which is set up for adding shipping and handling fees which increase based on weight. I've been unsuccessful getting Hika to connect with Canada Post and add on these charges (there is no handing being added to the shipping amount).
(it is successfully calculating the shipping amount, but not adding on handling fees)

Yes, each product has L W H and weight and I've attached the screen shot of the shipping configuration.

Is there any way to know if this number from Canada Post includes the handling fee we added in our Canada Post account ( sellonline.canadapost.ca/servlet/Merchan...onfigurationServlet\ )? I see there is the shipping portion, but what about the handling?

Can you change the configuration in your canada post and check if the prices changed in HikaShop ?
Maybe the Canada post can give you some details but I am really not sure for what I see.

I guess that they (canada post) will be more helpful than us for such question.

Is there anyway to add handling charges in Hika - the Canada Post handling set up isn't working with Hika - depending on the weight of the grouped package, we what to add handling fees.

You can add shipping fees when you configure the shipping methode.
To have different fees depending on the weight, you have to create many canada post shipping methods.
