Fixed packaging price for shipping methods

Hello,

we have several shipping methods (according to the weight - 4 of them are by post and 1 pickup (free)) with different prices which are not taxed. Our aim is to add the fixed packaging price (taxed) whilst one of the 4 postal methods is chosen. I've tried to use for that purpose one more "manual shipping plugin" but have not yet found a way to unite two prices for shipping due to radio buttons.

Is there some way to do that?

For example.
I have 5 shipping methods (5 manual shipping plugins):
By post up to 10 kg - 10$ -
By post up to 20 kg - 20$ -
By post up to 30 kg - 30$ - these prices are not taxed.
By post up to 40 kg - 40$ -
Self pick up more than 40 kg - 0$

Also we want to add fixed packaging price - 10$ (taxed) for every postal method.
For example we have the order: 100$, 19kg and the VAT is 20%.
The final price (we want it to be) is: 100$ (taxed) + 20$ (By post up to 20 kg) + 10$ (fixed packaging price taxed) so:
Total - 100$
Shipping - 30$
Vat - 18.32 (16.66 (VAT from product price) + 1.66 (VAT from packaging price))
Final total total - 130$

We've added 6th manual shipping plugin, named it "Packaging price". But we didn't find the way to display packaging price only with postal shipping prices and sum them when they are shown. (see the attachment)

Ok but why don't you just add these 10$ to your actual shipping prices ? Also, in which case do you exactly want to add these 10$ ?

Our actual shipping prices are not taxed. So if we add that 10$ to them than the total VAT will be incorrect. We want to add it for every postal shipping prices, but leave them untaxed as they are.

I think it's because you didn't set the "Product tax category" in the shipping configuration.
The label is maybe not the perfect one, but the option allow you to select the product tax category which will be used for the shipping price.
