Shipping charges

Hello,


I would like the system would put a shipping price for EU countries only, a carriage charge of 10€ and orders above 100€ would be free shipping charge. and with Norway and Switzerland ONLY, to be 15€ in carriage charge of min. 150 € for free shipment.


Also is there a posibility so that the system would block any one from without Eu + Norway, Switzerland to pay! And remind them to send a mail inquiry instead?

Hi,

When you set a shipping method, you can apply a shipping fee, and you can too restrict the shipping method to a specific zone.
You will have to create as many shipping methods as needed, in your case 6 should be enough.

1. Zone: EU - Maximum price: 100 - Fee: 10
2. Zone: EU - Minimum price: 100 - Fee: 0
3. Zone: Norway - Maximum price: 100 - Fee: 15
4. Zone: Norway - Minimum price: 100 - Fee: 0
5. Zone: Switzerland - Maximum price: 100 - Fee: 15
6. Zone: Switzerland - Minimum price: 100 - Fee: 0

the system doesn't have EU zone, it has all the countries and it lets me choose only one by one..
how do I make it so I can choose EU , or at least to mark the EU countries in one zone?

And how do I make so that the ones that are not from eu,switzerland and Norway ordering, will receive a message saying that if they want to order, they need to send an email enquiry instead.?

Hi,

You can create a new special order status like "quote request" and create a special payment method for this outside zone.
The payment method (a collect on delivery) will set the order status to this "quote request" and you will be able to manage it in the backend afterwards.

The idea is to validate the order but not create an invoice. It will be like a "cancelled" order.
