USPS Shipping doesn't apper; no errors

Hi,

I have been trying to get the USPS module to work on my site to no avail. When checking out on the front end, USPS options are not listed (manual ones are).

I have tried the documentation, FAQs, and searched the forums but not been able to figure it out. There are no error messages, shipping just isn't there. Also, cannot check out on paypal if item needs to be shipped (non shipping items work, so this indicates a shipping related issued.

I have:
1. confirmed module is enabled
2. verified weight for items.
3. worked through other items on FAQ.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

1. Did you followed the "shipping methods" section of the FAQ ? if not doing it will probably help you .

2. Can you show me how did you configured through some screenshots :
- Your USPS shipping method
- The products that you are using through your tests
- Your checkout workflow through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- Your Paypal payment method

Yes I did try the Shipping FAQs, wish that had worked.

I've done some tests with some products which have the same weight/dimensions as yourLoco Buffer USB product and it worked fine, can you tell me what was the delivery address that you used during your tests ? also can you try it without the minimum price value ? .

Hi I just tried it again with min. shipping price off and address of 7 hatchet cove, sardinia, oh 45171. Still didn't work.

It's working fine on my end, can you give me a temporary back-end access through a private message for testing purpose so that I can found out from where the problem is coming from ?

The problem was coming from your USPS WebTools User ID, I tested it with mine, and it was working fine. You should then directly ask USPS about your USPS WebTools User ID.
