If you're not a developer, you won't be able to integrate that.
Even for a skilled developer, it would requires several days of work to integrate it. If you're not a developer, it's just impossible and you would have to either have a developer do that for you (it will cost a lot) or use another plugin for which there is already an integration for HikaShop.

No, there is no magic. You would have to completely rewrite the plugin for HikaShop as HikaShop is really different from VirtueMart.
It's like if you try to run Microsoft office on your android smartphone instead of your PC/MAC. It's just not possible, even with small modifications of the code.

First, we would need the integration documentation in english and second, we usually make users pay a few hundred euros to develop payment plugins for them (as I said, it requires several days for a developer to develop such plugin).

I would recommend you to contact 3dstudiopro.com/ as they already made several payment plugins for HikaShop including payu.pl
Maybe they could help you.
