Merchant CPC Id not found on server

Hi. I'm using Canada Post shipping plugin. I entered my API key in ID du Marchand but I' m getting this error message:
Error while sending XML to CANADA POST. Error code: -2001. Message: Merchant CPC Id not found on server.

Is there something i'm doing wrong or not using the right API key ??

You're probably not using the correct information. You should contact Canada Post's support to confirm with them what credentials you need to use.
