What I want to do is simple:
Allow shipping across the whole of the uk except for a few specific postcodes.
I do not want to create hundreds of replicated shipping options - one for every uk postal area except the one that is disallowed. I just want to specify that the shipping methods are disallowed for a particular post code.
i.e. restrict by exclusion rather than inclusion.
Is there anyway I can do this easily?
