UPS Shipping Calculation is incorrect

On check out the shipping cost is astronomical. to ship oyster is $280. Not sure what i have done wrong any help would be appreciated. attached screen shots of how shipping method is configured and a product is configured.

Please check the option "Group packages" of the plugin (a little below of your last screenshot).

Sorry for the late reply, the problem is coming from the fact that you are sending :
- 36 packages if the group packages option is turned off : 1 lb 14x10x10 in
- 9 packages if the group packages option is turned on : 4 lb 14x40x40 in

How do you exactly want to send your packages, and what kind of price are you expecting ?
