size of orders

I currently have the shipping set like -500g is £x 501-799g is £x etc
The trouble is that some items that weigh 500g are so large that Royal Mail charge more than the £X amount quoted for the weight
how do i get around the problem please?

Hi there,

You have to set a volume to your products and create a shipping method which handle these restrictions.
You can indeed set a minimum and maximum width, height... and volume. That should do the trick!
