Free shipping on orders more than $30

How do i set up free shipping on orders of $30? I am very new to this HikaShop and Joomla so if you know please be as detailed as possible.

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business 2.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.1.5
-- PHP version -- : x.x.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

Hi,
The solution will be to :
- Create 2 manual shipping methods through "Hikashop->System->Shipping methods"
- Set different prices
- Use the "Minimum/Maximum price" options.
