Shipping costs for each order

How can I add a fast price for each order. These are administration/shipping costs. So for every order someone does on our site we want to add 3 euro extra costs.

Hello,

We sell tickets for an event. When someone buys 2 or 4 or whatever tickets we sending that order by post. For eacht order we send we want to add 3 euro above the price of the tickets automatically in the shop.
By example: someone buys 4 tickets a 20 euro= 80 euro. Total price to pay must be 80 + 3 = 83 euro.
Other example: someone buys 2 tickets a 15 euro = 30 euro. Total price to pay must be 33 euro.

So the extra 3 euro must added to tot price of the tickets. But how?

You can simply create a manual shipping method and set the price to 3.
This shipping method will be loaded during the checkout and add 3€ to the total price.

I have an issue with this seemingly simple answer. My site requires delivery charge for orders under £10 and I created a manual shipping method which DID work but for some reason it is now no longer adding the delivery charge to orders - maybe I have switched something off?

Parameters are all correct and plugin is published, totally baffled as to why it is no longer appearing at my checkout.

I have a similar issue.
I would like to calculate the shipping costs for each vendor. It would be also helpful, when the vendor is showing up together with the product. Maybe i just missconfigured it
