My clients deliver their own products - with Hikashop, is it possible to set shipping rates based on weight being delivered to zipcodes?

Hi,
Sure, you'll just have to create some manual shipping methods and to use their "Minimum/Maximum weight" and "Minimum/Maximum post code" restriction options.
