Is it possible to set free delivery charges based on the total amount of the order ?
How can I do it ?

I have two problems.

1. I have 3 shipping methods (HikaShop manual shipping plugin).
- Removal at shop
- Home delivery (maximum 20,00 €)
- Home delivery (minimum 20,00 €)

If the order is less than 20,00 € the user doesn't see (Home delivery minimum 20,00 €). But if the order is more than 20,00 € he see and can choose both Home delivery shipping method.

2. At the end of the command, if the user changes the quantity of a product in the cart, choosen shipping and delivery methods are reset.

1. That should not be the case. Something must not be configured properly in your shipping methods. Please provide screenshots of the options of the shipping methods.

2. That's normal since it can change the possible shipping methods the user can choose. Usually, instead of using the "cart" view, you would use instead the "cart status" view in the end step of your checkout workflow so that the user cannot change the product quantity after selecting his shipping method but only before, if you wanted to avoid such issue.
