Maybe a bug with coupon and shipping price % ?

Hi, I think there's something wrong with this in the cart:

Totale 122,00 € (100,00 € IVA esclusa)
Buono -24,40 €
Spedizione 17,86 €
I.V.A. 20,82 €
Totale complessivo 115,46 €

Why "Spedizione" (Shipping) is 17,86 (14,64€ + 22%VAT). In my case shipping metod is 10% + VAT

it seems like it do this: 122+24,40 = 146,40 and it apply shipping cost on that!
meanwhile it should be: 122-24,40 = 97,60€ and it should apply shippint cost to this value

What's wrong?
