I can not select a warehouse for each vendor. It does not work. I want each vendor will assign a warehouse.

I don't see how you want to let the vendors select the warehouse.
The warehouse per vendor is not yet available in HikaMarket.

About the problem you got, what is the "error" in the first image ?
Please provide some details which will help us to understand your problem ; to be able to propose you a solution.

Estamos intentando montar una tienda multivendedores con multipaises de habla hispanica. La idea es que los metodos de envio de cada vendedor esten condicionados por una zona (zone) y un almacen (warehouse).

Cuando accedemos a "edition warehouse" abre los almacenes en una pantalla y no nos deja seleccionar ninguna opcion.

Do you have some javascript errors in your page ?
I can't reproduce your problem in the different Joomla 3 websites we got (local or not).
It looks like the link does not open the popup properly and the error of the script open the link not in the popup but directly in the full page.

You should have the content in the popup, like for the "Zone" selection just above.
