How can I create a new Dutch shipping methode (PostNL)
And how can I add an image?

Hello,
You'll just have to create a manual shipping method via "Hikashop->Sysem->Shipping methods" and use the "zone" and "Images" option .

And how can I create a methode where costumers also can choose to pick up the order into the shop with no costs

Hi,

You have to upload your image in the "media/com_hikashop/images/shipping/" folder.
The best is to use a FTP client for that.
(Note : you won't loose you file with HikaShop updates, except if you replace an existing HikaShop file).
