No shipping method found

No shipping method found

Hi

I have added FedEx shipping Method with test a/c details but it is not showing in the shipping area (checkout page) .
Error message showing : "No shipping method found".

Hi,

The FedEx shipping method requires that you enter a weight and dimensions in your products. Also, the shipping methods will only display after the user has entered his address.
Make sure that it is the case and you should see the FedEx shipping methods.
If you still don't see them, it means that there is an issue with the way you configured the shipping method via the menu System>Shipping methods.

I have assigned FedEx shipping module for all type of users.

I have configured FedEx shipping module and selected "FedEx Ground (USA, PUERTO RICO)" and "FedEx Ground (Home Delivery) (USA, PUERTO RICO)" shipping service but both services are not displaying in the checkout page (front-end).

Can you select ALL of the FedEx services to see if one of them is showing ? if it's not showing giving me a temporary access to your back-end so that I can directly test it will help me to understand your issue.
