Shipping WarninThe total of your order is too high

Hi,

I have my shipping set but in order to see the methods one must login in or register (guest), but when some one goes to check out a red notice screen pops up saying cart is to high for any shipping method... is there a way to have the notice rather say "register or log in to see shipping prices? Or anyway to avoid this warning notice as I feel it causes some confusion on checkout...
