Hi,

It is because you are using the "bootstrap design" in HikaShop.
The checkout in the bootstrap design do not use simple radio ; it uses "radio buttons" where the content of the button is the method name.

You can deactivate the bootstrap design in your HikaShop configuration or you can make an override for the view "checkout | shipping" and "checkout | payment" in order to replace the into
