URGENTLY: Checkout with bank transfer give error

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 32.0
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 1172, 'Result consisted of more than one row

We have follow the following action to reproduce same bug as:

Procedure to reproduce bug:
Login to your account in site
change your (Shipping) address to some European country
Try to check out with product.
Use bank transfer at this moment as it won't ask you to make immediate payment.

2. How did you configured your checkout workflow ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout") and your bank transfer payment method through some screenshots ?
