Hello together,

I've several manual shipping methods, but neither in the Productpage nor in Ceckout is a method or price been shown

i tried and controlled all Tips in FAQ but no success
I'have two other Hikashops and i compared point by point - nothing

could you please help me?

Hi,

You should come from one of the points listed in the FAQ under the "I don't see any shipping methods during the checkout, what is the problem ?" section.

Please provide a screenshot of all the options of your shipping method.

Your issue can be coming from multiple things, you should check that :
- Your order shipping address country is Germany
- Your order shipping address postal code number is between [00000 - 99999]
- Your order shipping weight is between [0 - 2] kg

I tested some more and...

There seems to be a bug in my settings :sick:

It's normal that you see your shipping methods when you're registered and that you don't see them when you're not registered.
You restricted your shipping methods by post code, and thus the shipping methods will only be displayed if the customer entered in his shipping address a post code in the range you entered in your shipping methods. And since the customer doesn't have any shipping address/post code before registering, the system discards automatically all the shipping methods with post code restrictions.
I actually don't see why you put post code restrictions in your shipping methods since they all have the same range and it looks like the range covers all the post codes. So in that case, just remove the min and max post code restrictions in your shipping methods and it will work like you want.
