UPS Shipping Tax Method not saving

when trying to set the UPS Shipping Plugin Tax Mode to None the system reverts it to default method. I need it to have no tax on it. Any ideas as to why it won't save?

Can you give me more information about it through some screenshots for example ?
Also note that if you don't want any tax to be applied on your UPS shipping rates you'll just have to set the "Product tax category" to none.

There really is not screen shots available. When I change the tax category to none it won't save. It reverts to "default"

To solve that issue you can directly use the second "Product tax category" option through your UPS configuration page.
But you should edit the "plugins\hikashopshipping\ups\ups_configuration.php" file and remove that code :
