It means that the value that you have entered through the "Container" option should isn't compatible with the service that you want to use, you should change it to "Variable" for example.

USPS error: -2147219498 Please enter a valid ZIP Code for the sender.

It means that you didn't added a value for the "Post code" of your USPS configuration page.
