Canada Post Plugin not working

While thanks to your help, shipping in the USA is working fine. Now, a new problem has arisen as a result of the USA plugin fix. The CanadaPost plugin no longer works.

I am seeing "no shipping methods" for any canadian mailing address.

Can you please help?
