UPS prices missing for large items

Hello,

My UPS shipping method works for most products however it appears that for large products all my UPS shipping options disappear. I am only left with my custom flat rate options.

Is there a setting that restricts shipping for items over a certain weight? Any help is appreciated.

As you will see my UPS shipping options disappear but for other products in clearance they appear just fine.

The UPS plugin is only sending data about your order product weight/dimension/... to the UPS platform and then display the values that are returned from the UPS platform.

So, can you give me more information about how you configured your UPS shipping method through some screenshots and the dimension/weight of the products that you have added on your cart ?
