Can't set USPS as standard shipping

The destination state/province code has been changed.

Im not trying to use fedex. I had it disabled under the settings but its still using it. I want just standard usps shipping method but cant get past this error

You need to update your HikaShop to the latest version.
HikaShop 2.2.0 is nearly 2 years old.

You will see in the changelog that the USPS plugin had some modifications, like

USPS changed their API and the USPS plugin was updated in order to support the new API mode
