Plugin Correios does not work was created by Nogueira

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error message, just no appear.

Hello , I installed the hikashop and the plug-in shipping correios , but does not appear active at check -out.
I put enabled on shipping.
No error message.

Hi,

You need to configure the weight and the dimensions of your products when you edit them so that correios can calculate the shipping fees for the products in the cart.

Hello Nicolas,
I have configured weight and dimensions of my products and still the shipping method Correios will not appear on my checkout page.
I have also gone through the FAQ "I don't see any shipping methods during the checkout, what is the problem ?" and can´t find a solution.
Anything else I could try?

Can you show me some screenshots of how you configured your Correios shipping method and the dimensions/weight of the product in your cart ?

Note that it's working fine on my end with your configuration, did you :
- Use a Brazilian shipping address
- Set some of the "Restriction" options through your shipping method configuration page ?

Hi,
I found the answer on how to have the images avaiable on the "Pagseguro payment method documentation".
However, (if it is not too much to ask) what would be the step-by-step of "If you want to add additional images, you can upload them via FTP into the folder media/com_hikashop/images/payment/ of your website and you will then be able to select them in that option."

Hello Pedro,
In your case your should upload it to the folder media/com_hikashop/images/shipping and then you'll be able to select that image through the image option of your shipping method.
