Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to know if Hikashop has built in features to allow notification of an item been posted to be email to customer.

Please advise.

Hi,

When you edit an order in the backend, you can change the order status and you will have an option to notify the customer.
This user notification is an email which will be send to the customer.
