Shipping Address/Method does not recalculate

I have flat rate shipping using zones. Canada zone is $16 flat rate US zone is $6 flat rate
Using warehouse shipping to assign shipping to items

If i choose my billing and address as US. or Canada off the bat, it works right, but if i CHANGE the shipping OR billing address it does not update the cart with the correct shipping. How can I have this change depending on SHIPPING address?

(PS Do not test with poster or charms, use a shirt)

Looking at your checkout, it looks like you removed the "shipping" view from the "checkout workflow" option and thus no shipping is reselected.
Put back the view in your checkout workflow and it will work fine. You can always hide it with some CSS if you don't want your customers to see the shipping view.

Thank you for the reply. Adding shipping step back does indeed recalculate shipping. However, we have a few products that have free shipping. The checkout step shows these nicely, However, no matter how I configure the checkout shipping method it will not go past that step. If i remove the step and have it choose and submit automatically it works, but if i have it set so it shows shipping it won't go past that step if there is a free and a shipping charged item in the cart (2 diff warehouse shipping methods)

It's a matter of configuring your shipping methods properly.
If you turned off the force shipping regardless of weight option of the HikaShop configuration and don't set any weight in the products with free shipping, then it will work fine.
Otherwise, you need to configure a specific shipping method for these products with a shipping price of 0. So maybe you'll need a third warehouse for these products.

I'm sorry but I can't get it to work the way you say.
Please tell me how to set up 3 shipping methods
1 to US $6 flat
1 to US free (only for certain products)
1 to Canada flat for ANY product even if free in US

In your case, the base solution will probably be to :
- Use a warehouse restriction for the "US free" and the product that have to be used by that shipping method
- Set the "Zone" restriction option to USA for your 2 first shipping methods and for Canada for the 3nd one.
