Providing Shipping Estimates on Product Page

Please see screen shot. I'd like to provide shipping estimates on my product page just like Ebay. This is obviously a Hikashop modification. Question is, can it be done and how?

Perfect case is to use city of logged in user or "Calgary" as default. and then calculate a price base on the warehouse and the weight of the product.

It can be done but it will require some heavy development.
Such modification could be done in the "show_default" view file via the menu Display>Views.
If you're not a developer, you would have to hire one for that job as it is not something easy.

I've been making heavy customizations to show_default as it is but only in the scope of "Product" and mostly to html layout.

I'd rather not just start hacking around. Can I buy a couple hours from Hikashop to get me started or provide code snippets for what I need to do?
