Hello,
If you want to display more information about your shipping method, the solution will be to add it directly on your shipping method description.
Regarding the VAT, you'll probably just have to show the VAT by using the options on the "Taxes" tab of the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main".

as we understood wrong . It must on the detail page are including VAT and excluding shipping . And then you have to click on the costs to others to see details. see screenshots...

If you want to have the prices of the products with taxes on the product page, you want turn on the "show taxed prices" setting of the HikaShop configuration.

If you want to have shipping information displayed on the product page, you can create a custom field of the table "product" via the menu Display>Custom fields so that you can then enter your shipping information for each product and then have it displayed on the product page.
