Shipping Issue

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : "The cart items combined volume is too big for all the possible shipping methods" (step 1)
and " No shipping method found" (step 2).

I have configured UPS Shipping plugins in our site .
In the checkout page , Got this error message-
"The cart items combined volume is too big for all the possible shipping methods" (step 1)
and " No shipping method found" (step 2).

Please suggest how can i fix this issue.

Hi,

Remove the minimum volume and maximum volume restrictions that you put in your shipping methods and you won't get that error.
