UPS No packages in shipment

Hello,

After publishing the UPS plugin, the user receives the message Error while sending XML to UPS. Error code: 110002. Message: No packages in shipment when proceeding to checkout. We have the UPS plugin configured with account info, all products have weight, and 'Exclude Dimensions' is set to Yes.

It is important that we get this working as soon as possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just tested it on my end and it worked fine, can you :
- Download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and test it again ?

- Try it with the "Exclude Dimensions" option set to NO / products which have weight AND dimensions

Thanks - do I just use the Joomla Extension installer to install directly over my my existing Hikashop?

Hikashop has been updated, and error message has gone away. Unfortunately the published UPS shipping options still don't show at checkout. Can you take a look if we send you some login credentials?

You need to enter both the weight and the dimensions of your products for UPS to properly calculate the shipping fees.
As you only entered the weight in your products, UPS is not able to return any rate and as you have another free shipping method, you don't see the error messages.
