Priority Mail International shows free!

I just had an order go through my site, customer selected Priority Mail International for the shipping, and it did not charge him for it. I just tested it myself & it's showing up as free...so I've disabled international shipping options at this time.

I am guessing that this is due to a recent update to the USPS api...can anyone please help me out? I've changed nothing in my settings for weeks...so this should not be happening. I've even had international sales last week & everything was fine.

Just a quick update...I got home from work & tested several things. As far as I can tell, everything is still setup right. So I re-enabled First Class Mail International, and the pricing is right. When I re-enabled Priority Mail International...it's coming up as Free...which I don't offer.

Can someone please look in to this ASAP...I do a lot of business with International customers & need this resolved as soon as possible.

Found more info...in the actual order, if I go to edit the shipping...look what I find in the attached picture. An entry where Priority Mail International should be is "usps 2-13"

We would need to know more about how you configured your shipping method(s) and what address was used for the order, for which products so that we could reproduce the issue.

I'm experiencing the same problem. International Priority Mail is coming up free, other options are fine.

I'm having that problem as well. Only my handling charge shows for Priority Mail International.

The issue was coming from the fact that we had to update USPS services, so can you :
- Download and install that last USPS shipping plugin version
- Reconfigure it to select the good shipping services and save your USPS shipping configuration
- and then try it again.

Why no "Priority Mail International (International)" option anymore? That should still be an option if not shipping with flat rate boxes.

I am also curious as to why "Express Mail" is not listed as "Priority Mail Express", as that is what the USPS calls it now.

EDIT: It's still not fixed. These options show our $3.25 handling charge only.

Nicolas, are you speaking go me or to gpraceman? I did not install the fix provided by Mohamed due to what gpraceman said as my domestic shipments are unaffected.

- Sending information about your order shipping address/weight/dimensions/.. to the USPS shipping platform
- Displaying the corresponding rates that are returned from the USPS shipping platform

The issue was coming from the fact that USPS wasn't correctly returning the "Priority Mail International (International)" rate.

Also, regarding the "Express International (International)" and "Express International Flat Rate Boxes (International)" rate, You're right, these rates are displayed as "Priority Mail Express International" and "Priority Mail Express International Flat Rate Boxes" so I just changed the named of these 2 shipping services.

I do notice in the code, that option is commented out (Line 18 and 76). Is there a reason for that? I uncommented these for giggles.

I see that change with the international options but not the domestic "Express Mail" option.

I installed the latest plugin, used a different browser (IE 11), cleared the site cache, cleared the browser cache and I still see rates that only show our handling charge. Below are the full USPS results. "Priority Mail International Large Video Flat Rate priced box (International)" is now returning a rate, when it wasn't earlier.

I've uploaded the new shipping plugin for USPS, but now there isn't an option for Priority Mail International without "express" and for non-flat rate boxes.

It may be weight or size related. With only trying to purchase a 2 ounce item (a software CD), the "Priority Mail International DVD Flat Rate priced box (International)" and "Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box (International)" now return rates. So, it is just the "Priority Mail International (International)" rate that has the issue, which is the option that I uncommented out.

Yeah, I have to admit, I'm not happy about this. I ship a lot via Priority Mail.

Mohamed...USPS still offers standard Priority Mail shipping. Can you please reach out to those in charge at USPS web tools & figure out what needs to be done to get this back.

Sure, I already wrote them a message explaining the fact that their "Priority Mail International (International)" is returning a free rate with sometime an error message saying that we should add the source/destination zip code, but when we do, the request fail with another error message saying that we shouldn't add the source/destination zip code.
So before we fix that issue with the USPS platform, the "Priority Mail International (International)" service won't be available.

You shouldn't edit the code that I gave and un-comment some section, if you want to, I can directly test it and find the issue that you are having on your website with it, but your shouldn't have any issue with the last USPS shipping version (not edited).

Yes as I said we temporary removed the "Priority Mail International (International)" service.
